In the summer, or when it’s hot, you have to stay hydrated. But always drinking just water is a bit boring. So you probably all know that you can put fruit in it to make it a little more tasteful. So today I thought why not share some fresh combinations! They’re quick and easy, fruity and refreshing and a lot healthier than lemonade or bottled stuff.
Mint & Lemon
The first one is, I think, the lost known one. This one is also the one that tastes the strongest. And it’s also very fresh and of course healthy with all the vitamins from the lemon. I like the combination, mint and lemon a lot!
Cucumber & Blueberries
This one is with cucumber and blueberries. When I made it, I didn’t really taste the blueberries, so maybe if you cut them in half, you’ll taste them better. You can always add some mint if you want to.
This combination is so fruity: strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. If you want to add a cool colour to the water, you can cut the blackberries, and a purple colour will appear, I think because I haven’t tried that out yet.
